  • First investment in the Residential focused JV was made in November 2015, a 3,000sqm derelict residential building to be redeveloped that was fully sold in 2017
  • To date the Residential-focused JV has committed to a total of six investments totalling c. 450 units residential units
  • As of October 2019, two investments in the Commercial focused JV had been acquired/exchanged
